female mannequin is the most common type of department
store mannequin, since many clothing stores are
catered to women. A female mannequin comes in
many varieties ranging from girl mannequins to
petite or plus-size female mannequins.
Consider your customers and how they look when
purchasing a female mannequin. Americans are getting
bigger, and though while we all might aspire to
the Parisian catwalk ideal, the female customer
wants to be able to visualize how the clothing
will look on on her. Your female mannequins should
look similar to the majority of your customers.
Plus-size female mannequins (size 14) are becoming
more and more popular as a result. The standard
female mannequin stands 5’11” and
wears a size 4 or 6.
